I knew I could have success serving merchants well with fairness and transparency. From the days of my youth when I wore an apron at my father’s delicatessen, my Dad whispered, the customer is always right. Treat them well and we will do well. I have carried this attitude of honesty and servitude with me. It has resonated with me in all I have done. We are all customers. I know how important excellent service is to me and in turn to my customers, and I cherish their business as a partner in what they do. To be that difference maker matters in life and in business.
